Swapping DRZ 400SM for DR650 - parts compatibility

Hi to all Suzuki riders! I am planning to swap my 2007 DRZ SM for DR 650. I have spares such as wheels, brake upgrades (discs and brake cilinders) and FCR 39mm carb that I got for my DRZ. Do you know whether they are compatible? Can I swap front fork? Thanks, Normunds.

There is a big difference between the technology of the 650 and the 400. I'm pretty sure there's not a lot that will swap across.

Kind regards

Think the engines are completely different to bo be honest mate..

Chains are the same pitch though.

The bar grips might swap over too ;)

I think the front brake pads are the same!

pretty sure the fcr is a common carb swap, along with tm40's... have a look on thumpertalk for more on it
