Safari tank and Corbin seat

Has anyone installed a 30 L Safari tank and a Corbin seat on a 2008 Dr 650
and if so did you have any install difficulties.?
I went to the Corbin site but saw no specs regarding this and I'd rather
hear from someone who's done it.

Thanks
Freedom Rider

As long as you get the Corbin that is made for the stock tank (and not the IMS) you will be fine.

You can check in the DR riders thread on ADVrider, quite a few guys running that setup.

For almost the same money I would get a Renazco custom made for you, although there is a long wait unfortunately.

I didn't think I was going to get a reply regarding this question.

Michael,

Sorry but I might have spoken a bit too early. The Corbin/Safari combo does not fit perfectly every time, some bikes require a bit of "massaging".

Aqualine has a description here on their site:

Safari Fuel Tanks

Regards,
Lukas
