Question Firing problem

HI, I'm new here but I think this is the place I've been looking for to find the answer to my problem.

I recently modified my '99' LC1500. I removed the dual carbs and went with a single carb out to the side. there are many reasons for doing this that I won't get into right now.

My question is, in eliminating the dual carbs, what exactly, electrically, do I need to keep. Such as the MAP sensor.

It fired up after the mods and then lost all fire to the coils after a few start ups. I replaced the rectifier and signal ignitor and same thing happened.

I'm wondering if I need to switch to a DYNA 3000 plus check my stator or what.

Any help would be more than appreciated.
