DRz 400 Pre and Post 2003 Models

Does anyone know the differences between the pre and post 2003 drz400 models? Am I correct in thinking that the post 2003 models have the 'E' model forks ?

Ta,

Dave

That's my understanding.

www.thumpertalk.com has extensive info on that bike and others.

Starting in 2002 or 2003 they started putting on the E forks. I have an 03 DR-Z and it has the E forks. In 2003 they had the third and final cam chain tentioner. The older ones had the occasional problems. 2003 to present there are zero changes as far as I know.
