DR650 Bulletin Board

Since I couldn't find a DR650 message board I liked, and had the ability to set one up on some vacant webspace, I set one up!
This is for DR650's, only....not DR350's, etc.
(Seems you can find more information on those, everywhere else!)

We're off to a slow start, jump in!

Have you seen this one: http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/DR650/

Contains some good info, although a bit more oriented towards trail riding and the US.

Yes, I've seen the Yahoo group for DR650.
That format 'annoys' me, and doesn't work well for me. A lot of times I'm not on the computer for 3-4 days, and it's tough to sign back on amd find information you want.
I'm happier with a board format, like this one, where you can skip most of the messages you have no interest in...and get to the stuff you want to read.
I used to belong to a couple of boards like that one. You could click on the subject line, and most of the the time the message had nothing to do with the subject....or had 'strayed' off.

I started a Suzuki Bandit bulletin board for the same reason....the current ones weren't serving my needs! It's going well, with over 1800 members...and very little controversy!
It's not costing me anything....just an hour to set it up on unused webspace!
I'm not an expert on motorcycles. I'm just smart enough to take advantage of people who are!
