DR350 gearing options ???
 

Has anybody any tried and tested ways of changing a DR350 gearing to increase fuel economy?

man this thread is old, but I'll throw up some info

1994-1999 stock gearing was 15-44 which is 2.933

Front Sprockets available are:
11,12,13,14,15,16

Rear sprockets are:
41,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51,52,53

16-44 gives you 2.75
11-44 gives you 4.00

This is what I would take, an 11 and a 16 front sprocket. The 16 tooth is easier on the chain and by taking the 11 tooth you can change front sprockets depending on conditions.
