DL650 supension test

I changed fron and back on my 2008 DL650 I use progressive spring and 4.1/2 spacer for the front and sasquash rebuilt one DL1000 shock ( now fully rebuildable shock) to my spec. I just did over 1000 miles with this set up two up on regular road and dirt and was please to see the bike performing in a much better manner. The front end doesn't dive anymore and feel much more precise off road , the back is a bit stiffer but work well even fully loaded on dirt .The bike a bit slower in low speed manoeuver but maybe I just need to get use to the suspension, the genral hight is about 2 Inch higher and doesn't go down when sitting on it . All that for under $600 .
