650 V-Strom skid plate?

Greetings from Finland,

Just ordered a (black) 650 V-Strom and now in need of some info... Where to get a skid plate for Little-Strom? Oil filter and cooler are just hanging there waiting to get hit by stones so protecting the lower parts of DL would be a good idea methinks... At least Finnish Suzuki dealer couldn't find Suzuki-made skid plate.

-Heikki-

* now should I change also the nick?... ;-) *

Touratech make seperate oil cooler and radiator guards for the 1000 V-Strom. Their bound to do the same for the 650 in the not too distant future.

Good to hear mcdarbyfeast!

Last week asked Touratech if there's going to be 650 articles and the answer was "don't know yet - check '04/'05 catalogue"... ;-) Otherwise pleased with their service (just bolted off their roadbook & GPS holder from Ténéré to be put in V-Strom).

Found out that SW Mo-Tech is going to make a skid plate (connects to their engine bars) so will be waiting for that one.
