Zambia, off the beaten track
Hello all,
I got some valuable info about travelling the Luangwa river valley on the Thorn Tree forum. Post is the "Corridor Road" corridor road - Thorn Tree Forum - Lonely Planet The best time to explore this region is sept/oct, so get moving if your in the region. It'll be a year before I'm there, wonderin does anyone know if it is at all possible to access the parks by motorbike? Has anyone ever explored any of Africa's parks by bike? If enough bikers show up at the gates they might change the rules. Maybe one can highlight the fact that the predators all snooze during the afternoon, and bikes are less polluting than 40yr old landies.Equality for the two-wheelers!!!! |
