West African visas in Berlin

We are traveling to Germany in the next month or so and will need to get our visas for west Africa.

Is there any issues with getting these in Germany even if we are not German?

Are they usually amicable to issuing multi-entry visas or will they refuse those?

How particular are they for return tickets and confirmed stays (neither of which we have since we are traveling overland).

Will they issue the lassez-passier for the vehicles at the embassies if I can produce an ECOWAS "Carte bruin" and my vehicle title/registration (the vehicle is licensed in Sierra Leone but is currently in Germany).

For the Senegalese visa, do I need a second e-mail or just the form for pre-registration?

As not German citizen (I am from Poland) I did have arranged many West African visas through Berlin embassies. I send all the papers by post and get back stamped passport back the same way.

Multi/single rules can be different in each embassy, so call ahead. I would do it anyway to make sure you will get what you want.

Reservations/tickets - I also travel overland but to make it easy I always provide what they want. You can arrange it without any additional costs.

I can not help with lassez-passier, but I doubt that embassies handle it.

Good luck!
