Visa for Congo, DRC, Gabon Heading North

We are going to be heading north along the west coast. We can get our visa for Angola in Namibia but where do we get our visas for Congo, DRC, and Gabon.
Thanks for any help on this.
Cheers,
Josh

Africa from South to North

We were interested to see someone else traveling through Africa in a clockwise direction - everyone else seems to travel clockwise! We have traveled from UK to Cape Town in 9 months and plan to start the return journey up west side of Africa in a week's time. We are having trouble getting Angolan visa - need a letter of invitation. For the other visas, we understand we can get each one at the capital city of the preceding country. We will probably be ahead of you, but you could check out our website to see how we manage with the visas. Carol and David HOME

Angola visas

We're also going to be heading north later this year. We've spoken on the telephone to the Angolan consulates in Namibia, in Windhoek and also in Oshakati near the Angolan border. Both told us that they will only issue visas, whether tourist or transit, to residents of Namibia (and probably, I'm not sure, also residents of other countries in the South Africa Customs Union). We're from the UK, so that's not much help.

Maybe they are more helpful when you see them. Has anyone any experience of getting an Angolan visa, either tourist or transit, in Namibia or Botswana?

That's great news. Are you a South African citizen? Previous info here suggests that DRC visa are issued in the home country only. Thanks.
