USD ATM in Windhoek
 

know this is a long shot but does anyone know of an ATM in Windhoek that gives out US Dollars direct? I want to load up before heading north and want to avoid getting hit with bad currency exchange rates twice if possible.

I've been lucky to find some ATMs like this in Kenya, Ireland, SA before...
