Not sure about Abuja, but we got Cameroon visas down in Calabar south east Nigeria some years ago. It is not far from the Cameroon border and a lot less intimidating than Lagos. If i remember rightly the town must be close to the coast so check it out on the map.

Steven,

Just wondering if you got any feedback on this, getting a Cameroon visa in Abuja -if possible- seems a lot more attractive than Calabar..;

hi gozell. i did get a visa for cameroon in ivory coast. i happened to get back there before crossing nigeria.

i am quite sure that you get the visa in abuja, but calabar is probably much better than people say.

sorry for that imprecise answer...

Have just come through Nigeria. Tried in Abuja for Cameroon visa - impossible. The embassy has not yet been built. You can only get in Lagos or Calabar. Cost = 50.00 USD
