Sudan visa in SA or Ethiopia...?
 

Can anyone advise me wheather its more sensible to get my visa at home in SA or wait until i get to Ethiopia?

It was pretty straightforward in Addis Ababa - about 48 hours so its fairly straightforward unless this has changed recently. Also depends how quickly you have to enter Sudan. If they only give you a short period of time to enter then it might be easier to leave getting it until Addis Ababa rather than having to rush up from South Africa - not sure but worth checking if you decide to get it in SA.

a visa in addis cost 61 dollars, takes two photos and a letter of recommendation from your embassy.

you'll have 30 days to enter from when you'll get a 30 days to stay in the country.
