So what should I dwith the bike in national park such as Kruger park?
 

How do you enter to Kruger park ? Leave the motorcycle behind? Is there a safe place to put it so it won't get stolen? And how do you recommend entering to the park , with an organize tour for few days? What is the fee for such tour?

You can not enter Kruger with a bike. leave it at White River or Nelspruit, and rent a cheap Citi golf VW to go into the park. Phone aorund for Avis or check prices on the net. Ask around or stay at a local Bed and Breakfast and ask them if you can leave your bike with them, most wont have a problem and your bike will be safe.

Do Kruger on your own it's cheaper than a guided tour.

...and if you come with a local car and speak english like the southafricans do you will get in for the local price. I think it was onely 30 Rand per day etc :)

I left my bike at the backpackers in Nelspruit and shared a hire car with others I had met there, worked well and was a cheap and fun way of doing it.
