Senegal visa
 

According to the LP, I (as a Dutch national, like many EU nationals) do not have to have a visa for Senegal. At the same time, the guide tells me to get a visa in advance.

How does this work...?

Can I get my visa for Senegal in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), and if so, what are the requirements.

Any help is much appreciated.

Anyone with info on this for Canadians? The Honorary Consul in Freetown says we need one and that rules changed at the beginning of the year.

I got my Lassez-passier for the vehicle but didn't bother with the visa as I'd rather keep the $100/ea. if I don't need one which is what all my info says. I'll chance it and if it turns out I really do need one I'll get it in Conakry, Guinea.

Attention! The German foreign ministry notes on its Senegal information page, the senegalese government plans to introduce a visa regime for all foreigners from July 2013 on. But the are no additional information yet
