Selling cars/bikes East Africa

Hi everyone,

From time to time I've noted people trying to sell their vehicles in East Africa to fellow travellers, as they are not able to import into Kenya/Uganda etc due to age restrictions.

I am an expat based in Juba South Sudan, and with last year's independence there are not yet any such restrictions here on the age of imported vehicles.

I would be willing to look at any European registered vehicles for sale in E. Africa if you are interested in selling.

Cheers

Phil

Does it matter if they are RHD or LHD?

Doesn't matter at all. South Sudan drives on the right (same as Sudan) but the majority of the vehicles coming into the country are actually RHD having come from Kenya or Uganda.
