Selling car in Ghana or Togo

is it possible (read doable) to sell a peugeot passenger car in Ghana or Togo. Which of the two is easier?

I don't know which will be easier but, consider that Lomè is the arrival point for at least 1500 cars every week, they come by cargo from East (and Europe)countries, Lebanese people manage that market just outside the harbour, in big areas with a lot of clients arriving from every country (including Congo and Angola)... so, it could be the bad place to sell normal passenger cars.
