Rwanda visa at the Ugandan border?
 
Could anyone tell me if a Rwandan visa will be provided at the Ugandan border (Dutch passport)? Have to decide this morning if I will drive to Kampala to get a Rwandan visa or to try it at the border.

Thanks a lot for any quick reply!

p.s. I know you can apply online for a visa, but heard this does not work often and I do not have an invitation letter.

No Rwanda visa on the border - i was refused on the Burundi / Rwanda border 3 months ago. Need to apply online - two working days

Rwanda Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration

Or get the visa at the Embassy.
