riding partners Nairobi to Addis via Lake Turkana?
 

Hi,

In about a weeks time we will leave for Ethiopia from our current base at Jungle Junction in Nairobi. We would like to take the Lake Turkana route which goes through remote areas. Is anybode heading the same way by car or motorbike around the same time (departure from Nairobi around the weekend of 11/12 August) so we could team up.

I don't no if you remember us but we meet few times in Marocco,Mauri and Mali when you start you trip. We was on a Red land Cruiser HJ61. Apparently, you manage to cross "all the way down" Well done!!!! And now, going north!!! So enjoy North of Kenya and don't forget to spend time allong the nile in Sudan..... Stunning trip to Waddi Alpha!!!!!
For us, we are still stuck in Chad working like mad people !!!!! Need to travel again soon (end of the year)
