Nigeria visa Easy in Niamey
 

After a few problems/hassles trying to get a Nigerian visa in London, and discovering I could get one in Accra, thought I'd first give it a try in Niamey.

Very easy, embassy's at N13.52488 E2.06463, ready in 24 hours but did cost CFA 65,000 (though that was cheaper than London!). Stay at the very nice "Les Roniers" half a mile down road (N13.52807 E2.05264).

Didn't want me to have traveller's cheques or visas for countries before and after (as did London, how daft?!), and also no queuing, only dealt with guy on the gate.

Bamako is also easy enough (and super friendly if your a Kiwi!).

Accra is also possible, but they are fairly openly corrupt there and not that friendly in my experience.

Most visa's are much easier to get when your Africa rather than in the west etc.
