Nairobi to Cape Town

I've been asked by a customer about fuel availability between Nairobi and Cape town - for a trip they're planning in Oct. Will a Tenere's tank take them between stops - should range out at around 230m? Or will they need to carry extra (4 bikes going)

Many thanks in advance

Last year I have done Nairobi to CT, and a friend of mine was on Yamaha Tenere and he was fine. He had a big 23L tank and another 5L in plastic tank, but he did not use plastic tank.

We took Tanzania, malawi, Zambia, Botcwana, Namibia and SA route.

All the best

I came the other way 3 years ago and a 200 mile range was more than enough.
