6 of us are heading down to South Africa, and looking to rent 4 motorbikes. We would all like to ride 1200GS if possible. Any recommendations/anyone on here offer this?

Not for GS1200s (or wasn't when I used him in May this year) but try Craig at Adventure Motorcycle Routes in Southern Africa - Dualsport Adventures - a guide to The Best Adventure Biking Routes in South Africa, Maps, GPS data, Travel Info.

Great Bikes, and a really helpful and enthusiastic guy. If you are UK based he will be at the Bike SHow at the NEC in November.

We went with GS Africa in the end.

Really good trip, great bikes and excellent service. Will go bAck in an instant when I next need a bike in CT!
