Malawi
I may have a job offer in Malawi. I've been riding for 25 years and plan to ride in Africa as much as possible. Does anyone know of any shops there? I'm trying to decide what kind of a bike to take with and what parts I need to plan for. I have done basic maintenance on my hd's for a long time but need help with anything more. Any assistance or information would be appreciated.

I spent October in Malawi and I didn't see a bike shop (16 days in Lilongwe) or anything bigger than a 175cc. Lucky I didn't need one... Bring tools and a manual and order parts from elsewhere I guess - loads of courier companies at the airport in Lilongwe!
