On another note, the Libreville police have a bunch of brand new BMW 650s and 1200s. I don't think there is a dealer, but with that many bikes they must have a mechanic or something who is familiar with new model, big CC bikes. The biker cops are super friendly (2 gave me an escort through brutal traffic by running down the middle lane to widen it enough for me!) so I'm sure you could ask them for info if in need.
