Laissez Paisser for Conakry
 

Just want to know do you still need to get one in advance at the embassy ? (this being the situation a few years ago), which embasies are best to issue them?

How is the road from Senegal to Guinea Conakry in the rainy season, is it still bad or have they built the new one.

Or how is the road from Bamako to Siguiri or to Kankan?

Any recent info on Conakry would be really appreciated.

You still need it in advance. The best place to get one is Banjul if you 're going trough the Casamance to Guinee.

Any idea how long it takes and how much it costs, I mean for the normal visa and for the car?

I don't now. Marius from the Dutch travelcompany www.transsahara.nl told me. He sayd it is very easy there. You can ask him at: info@transsahara.nl. I will try to get one as well this year in Gambia.
