Thanks for posting!
When I used to work in the eastern DRC we had to fly everywhere because the roads were pretty much non-existent and everything had to be either flown in or would take weeks if not months to get there. I once paid $15 dollars for a Primus  from a guy who had walked with two crates on his head for six days from Uvira... expensive, but worth every cent.
