Guinea Conakry and Bissau, route and Visa
Entering by car from Senegal, Casamance. Which route and most important where would I get Visas? For Bissau in Banjul? For Conakry in Bissau??? Some upto date info is highly appreciated. Been to Senegal and Gambia before been, to Guinea but from Mali.

Bissau visa is easy to get in Ziguinchor (southern Senegal), you buy it on the spot.
Conakry visa you can have in Bissau, also easy but needs few hours of waiting. Cheers!

Got my visa for Guinea at the embassy in Bissau also, had it done in 30 minutes, paid 15,000CFA for 15 days, multiple entry, friend got 30 days for 30,000CFA also multiple entry at the same time. Embassy staff there were great in December last year.
Luiz at the Zig Consulate also does visas for Guinea Bissau in lightening speed, cheaper there than at Dakar. BE very aware of what is happening in Guinea, army threatening problems from ?7th or 15? September - fantastic country! Kira

So is Guinea starting again?
I have beem there in December, great country as you say, - and was in disbelieve about all that happened shortly afterwards in Jan and Feb.
It is a bit hard to come by any good information. Thanks for Vias info. Manfred, in Ouarzazate
