I just came home from Togo. I met some people just coming from Ghana with motorbike/car. It was absolutely no problem. The only thing you need is a valid visa and a valid Carnet de passage. That is all. Enjoy it.

I just drove to Accra for the Easter weekend. The Togo-Ghana Border took just 20 mins.
