Driving in Gambia
 

Hiall,

Just five weeks and I start my trip from the UK to Gambia and back. Will I have any hassle as my car is normal Right Hand Drive. I will not be selling it in Gambia and will have a Carnet.

I have the answer - after talking to British High Commission, The Gambia Tourist Board and finally the Deputy Foreign Minister.

No problem with driving a Right Hand Drive car in Gambia as long as you are not selling it or leaving it there.
