Double Entry Cameroon and Gabon Visa Possible?

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to get the following:

1. Double entry visa for Cameroon in Abuja, Nigeria
2. Double Entry visa for Gabon in Yaounde, Cameroon

If not, could I get another Cameroon visa in Brazzaville, or even on the Gabon/Cameroon border as a few people said it MIGHT be possible?

And could I get another Gabon visa in Brazzaville if a double entry is unavailable in Yaounde?

Hope that makes sense!

Thanks so much for any help.

Hey Dave,

I don't know about double entry visas but the visas for Cameroon are pretty straightforward to get, not like a lot of other countries. I picked mine up ahead of time but asked at the border (coming from the south) to see if I could have picked one up there and he insisted it would have been no big deal. That was last year. In regards to Gabon visa in Brazza, I think I remember reading that couple of riders have picked theirs up there (DRad, ta rider) but you can always contact the hotel/restaurant Hippocampe in Brazza where all the travellers stop and he would be able to give you the latest as many travellers stay there while sorting visas. Hopefully double entry visas are easy and you won't have to worry about gettting two singles. Happy planning.

Thanks for the tip, I will drop Hippocampe an email and ask. We intend to stay there on our route. Thanks!

From memory:
- Gabon visas in Yaounde. Single and mulitple entry available. Just a different price, and possibly more documentation required.
- Cameroon visas in Abuja. I'd say anything is possible if you can sweet talk Big Mama at the front desk

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
