Does Senegal issue laisser passé ?

I’m making plans to ride a 2004 Yamaha R1 Motorbike down to Nigeria in Oct 2013

With the current situation in Mali, I might be force to go via Senegal, Guinea and Ivory Coast.

My question is:
Do Senegal, Guinea and Ivory Coast issue laisser passé at the border, as I do not intend on getting a Carnet de passage, since I’ll be getting rid of the motorbike in Nigeria.
