Crossing from Khartoum to Chad and onwards
 

We are currently in Khartoum repairing our battered Citroen Diane before continuing our trip. We are heading for Gabon eventually but must get accross Chad first. Has anybody come this way recently that can give us first hand experience information on political situation in this area, and on the roads and fuel availability.
