can anyone help, as anyone bought short term car insurance in gambia for a foreign registered car,can it be done. i hope to drive down and stay for a few months then drive back to uk. thanks

When you get to Senegal you can buy insurance, Carte brune. Valid for Gambia too and all the rest of the ECOWAS countries.

Last time a bought a Carte Brune valid for 3 months but I guess they can issue one for a longer period too.
