Cape town to Uganda
 

Planning a trip from CT South africa to Uganda. Planning on buying 2 bikes, and would like any info on purchasing a bike in SA,borders(taxes, visas),as well as reselling the bikes in uganda(importation taxs and difficulties ect). My UK friend is working in Uganda and will continue to work there after the trip. I am in canada, and will eventually return to canada when I run out of money. Hoping for febuary 2005. Know very little about east africa borders other then crossing from Uganda into Kenya once in 2001 with a 4x4, registered with ugandan plates.
