Benguela, Angola Internet and banks
In Benguela you can get free, speedy wireless at a nice outdoor cafe on a corner, across the street from a little park.
coords are: S12 34.935 E13 24.423. Banks in Angola seem to be a bit hit and miss, but all my cards (Visa, Mastercard, bank) have worked at the ones with the orange signs that say 'Expresso 24hour' with the 24 in big bubble numbers. They seem to be in most every city and have worked without fail.
