Angola diesel availability
 

Some one told me long ago there was a diesel shortage in Angola, how is it now days?

We travelled north to south through Angola last month. Entered via Songololo border, travelled through Mbaz COngo, Nzeto, Luanda, Lobito, Lumbango, Namibia. There was a new fuel station at Mbaz COngo and plenty of street vendors selling fuel on the road to Nzeto. No evidence whatsoever of a diesel shortage when we passed through.

We have now crossed Angola and there where a few fuelstations that didin't have petrol in southern Angola but some selling from cans. Diesel was no problem there but i northern between luanda and Matadi there was none when we crossed a couple of days ago. But we didn't have to refuel teher anyway. In Cabinda there was no problem at all.
