Multinational Underwriters experience?

Anyone have experience with 1worldinsurance.com or Mulitnational Underwriters (mnui.com)? They seem to be the same outfit. They offer health insurance and medical evac. Thanks in advance.

I completed the Mulitnational Underwriters online application for long-term medical insurance a year ago. I have no pre-existing conditions and I answered truthfully to being overweight and to having a couple relatives die of fairly common diseases (grandmother of diabetes, father of cancer) and the quote back from their office in an email reply was for a premium roughly 50% higher than the rate shown online.

The medevac feature is to the nearest place of the injury where treatment can be provided for a life-threatening illness or injury (as in, probably the continent, if not the country where the accident happened).

I didn't go with this company so I can't speak about their claims handling.
