Medical Insurance for South Africans
Hi all, I have searched the forum and cant seem info to help me
 I am currently working in UAE and have medical insurance here. However when I leave in July, for my year long expedition around Africa my insurance will be cancelled. I am originally a South African but have not lived there for 10 years and have no address there! So basically I am looking for a medical insurance that will cover a South African for a year and in 39 countries. I have already looked into BUPA- $US1500- not bad if repatriated back to SA I dont have insurance there. SOS INternational= US$800- no mediacal hospitilisation just evacuation Any other suggestions? Nomad is underwritten by Bupa as well. Thanks for help!
