I came across this new product which is the latest thing for combating the Dehli Belly problem. It is not drugs but a prebiotic which you take for a few weeks prior to travelling and it reinforces your intestines natural bacteria which fends off the bad ones you ingest on the road. Measured against what? Continue to eat a balanced diet and continue to get plenty of exercise and save your money for travelling. If you're already doing both of the first parts and are still suffering from bad guts then go see your doctor. A sachet of 'pre'biotic won't replace either of the first two.

I am told that microbiologists at overseas conferences carry antibiotics. I know most people will hold their hands up in horror and claim it a drug company conspiracy or satan's work or industrial miltary complex beating down on the common man but you can't beat a bit of good old fashion antibiotic from time to time.
