Sea freight from Calcutta
yes, I've heard and read the horror stories, but is it still feasable?
Airfreighting my bike from Kathmandu to Auckland New Zealand is going to cost $2000. Calcutta is 1000kms away. Does anyone know of any agents where I can get a sea freight price from in Calcutta? Cheers Fern

I flew my bike from Delhi to Bangkok with Cathay last week. Costs per kg are 60 Rupees plus all the usual fees. Shipping company is called Cargo Planners.
