Options for into/out of western Mongolia?
 

Is it possible to enter Mongolia from Russia at "Mondy" (Russian side) and progress to "Turta" (Mongolian side)?

Also, is it possible to exit Mongolia to China at either "Bulgan", "Laoyemiao" OR "Noyon"/"Qeh" ?

If not, are there any other options to avoid having to go further east in Mongolia?
