I seriously doubt it Pete as I had no luck even in B'kok though you never know.

As I previously mentioned, your best bet is probably ordering from Singapore or getting something sent out from Australia or wherever.

Or maybe one of the GT Rider lot up there might know? Are you staying at the Johnadda (sp?) hotel there run by the Aussie biker? Maybe he can help.

Hi Skip
There are several bike shops in CM who sell/repair "big" bikes like your DR. I'm not sure how well you know the city but most are based just off the "square" ring road or moat road; they will be a good start as they will need to source parts for bikes like yours.
If you are on the north east corner of the moat, head north towards Tesco Lotus for about 500m and there is a bike shop on the left.
On the opposite corner of the moat road (sw), take the road heading south for about 200m towards airport plaza shopping centre; on the rhs there is a shop selling big trailies and super motos, probably some ktm's outside.
Failing that check out gt-riders.com
good luck
Kev

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
