Have found 2 good places so far:

In Java on the south coast in Panggul the Honda Dealer on the one and only main road has Harry who was trained by Japanese Honda technicians in Jakarta. He even uses a micrometer!!

If you are in Panggul you can get free accomadation with Dr chen and Flo, ask Harry where they are, just up the street
