Don't Leave Home Without It
Thailand:
It is an offence to leave your home/hotel without wearing an underwear!! You could be fined BHT300 (USD8) on the spot. How they'd find out is another story.  So guys/girls going to the next HU meeting January 12-14, in Chiang Mai; don't leave home without it.  have a good one! norman
