Buy a bike with carnet in Pakistan

I will make a trip to Pakistan India and Nepal from April to August.
I want to Buy a Bike in Pakistan, becouse there I want to start my trip.

Does anybody know if it is possible to Buy a Bike with Carnet de Passage in Pakistan?

I think the carnet is associated to the owner, and because of that you'll have to organize it different.
