Border crossing from Myanmar to India/Bangladesh?
I am not sure if my very presence is off-topic for this board, since I am traveling by foot and hired or public transport, but nonetheless it seems you are all a well traveled lot, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask:
I am contemplating traveling overland from Thailand to India trhough Myanmar, but I am not sure about the possibility of it. The overland border to Bangladesh is non-existent, but I have found plenty of conflicting reports about the possibility of crossing into India from Myanmar. Do anyone know of the possibility of this?
Or otherwise, the possibility of sailing from Myanmar to India or Bangladesh?
