bike Shipping from Nepal to Thailand !!!Read this
 

Dear all,
Recently my wife had fly her bike from Kathmandu to Thailand with Eagleeyes Export and had horrible experience.They charged too much.They quote for the same destination differently.She found other biker's shipping charge USD350 less and all work smoothly with using EAGLE EXPORT shipping agency for the same bike.

Size of the crate was much bigger than required.Not only this, She booked for Tuesday flight but they flew bike on Monday,next week the result she had to pay storage charge $30 per day, total extra $180.They also promised her to give the Air Bill of Shipment and contact address of Thai Airways cargo terminal in Bangkok, but they never send her the information, however they emailed her shipment tracking number.

We would like to suggest bikers to shop around and get all information in details.

Just did a search on the hubb (top right of this page) for "eagle export" and came up with 41 hits. If other readers do the same, they'll get a fuller picture.

Looks like your up to your old tricks Suraj.... You can beat the system :thumbup1:as Chris mentioned the fuller picture....basically this relates to two old partners who now operate different businesses from Kathmandu and one in particular...who can't help himself and try and manipulate the forum for his own advantage but in a particularly dishonest way! It's amusing because this has been going on for years, interesting that a lot of these adventurists suddenly come on line in Kathmandu.....a few posts and only in Nepal....ha ha nice one
