Anyone have any info, how complicated it would be to import your own bike into Bhutan (from India, i guess)??

I don't think importing your own bike would be hard. Unfortunately you still to either hire a guide or you need to be part of a tour to be able to ride in the country. Yuo can't get a visa on your own. The tour operator has to get the visa. Here is a couple who used their won bike but joined up with a tour:
