Anyone planning to transit China via Kasgar - end of June 2010?
 

Evening all,

We're 2 bikes looking to transit through China via Kashgar, then onto the KKH and Pakistan. The idea is to try and do this at the end of June/start of July as we'd love to try and catch the polo match on the Shandur pass which is normally around 7 July-ish.

I've seen one group on the hubb looking at mid-August but am hoping there might be people looking to do this a little earlier and share the costs. I'm sure I recall another group doing this a few months ago but couldn't find it.

Anyone would love to hear from anyone else doing a similar route at that time.....
